Whether you’ve ordered an incorrect size or colour or a product that simply doesn’t suit you, we’ve got you covered with our 30-day, money back guarantee on items that are returned unmarked, without signs of wear and/or tear and in their original, undamaged packaging.
Simply email us at email@example.com with the details of your purchase and the reason for your return within 30 days of your order and we’ll be in touch to organise a refund or exchange. Alternatively, you can visit us in-store at the Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre.
We cannot accept returned items that are not in saleable condition, such as if their tags are removed or where there has been damage to the product, unless the item has been deemed faulty. Please see below for information on returning a faulty item.
Refund or exchange requests made outside the 30-day window are not guaranteed and the decision to approve the request will be at the discretion of Swimming NSW Shop. The refund of sale items is not subject to the 30-day money back guarantee and the decision to refund or exchange a sale item will also be at the discretion of Swimming NSW Shop.
Our 30 day, money back guarantee also applies to our Performance Swimwear range when items are returned unmarked, with tags and hygiene strips still intact, without signs of wear and/or tear, and in their original, undamaged packaging.
Before we can issue a refund for Performance Swimwear, we will need to inspect the product(s) in-person. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know you intend to return Performance Swimwear product(s), and post the product(s) to us in the original packaging.
Once we receive the product(s), we will send you an email informing you that they arrived safely, and advising our assessment of the(ir) condition.
On rare occasions we may decline to offer a refund or exchange, in which case we will advise you of this outcome and return the original product(s) to you.
